The new EasyFlow HME Cartridge has a more porous foam filter for easier breathing than the original HME cartridge, and also has a non-reflective matte beige surface to blend with skin tones. Like the original HME cartridge (also available below), it is a lightweight, daily disposable device that inserts into all styles of the TruSeal® Adhesive Housings. The Blom-Singer EasyFlow HME Cartridge may be used by all laryngectomees: esophageal speakers, electrolarynx users, and tracheo-esophageal prosthesis users with manual occlusion.
