It also works with your portable music player for better audio quality with reduced distortion. Use it on an airplane to reduce engine noise and enhance the sounds of in-flight entertainment (dual-prong airline adapter included). Also great for use while using exercise equipment, commuting on the bus or train, and while mowing the lawn or doing other noisy chores.
Microphones in the headphone detect ambient noise in your environment that is interfering with your music. Information from the microphones is fed to the audio enhancer pack where it is analyzed and a precise active noise cancellation wave is generated. When this "anti-noise" wave meets the unwanted noise, the noise is reduced and your music comes through loud and clear.
Comfortable, lightweight and easy to adjust, Maxell N-C Headphones can be used on their own for simple peace and quiet or in conjunction with a portable audio device for excellent music clarity.
