AquaCare H2O™ Pre-Thickened Coffee looks like coffee and tastes like coffee. Unlike starch based products, there are no masking agents or flavor additives in AquaCareH2O. This means it tastes like premium roast coffee! AquaCareH2O Pre-Thickened Coffee requires no mixing, and is ready to drink. AquaCareH2O can also be served with pureed foods to create a complete flavorful meal that is easy to swallow.
Made with Premium Roast coffee concentrate and Artesian mineral water, AquaCareH2O Pre-Thickened Coffee is thickened with xanthan gum resulting in a thickened coffee that tastes natural and has no masking agents or flavor additives. Ready-to-serve; no mixing required. To make a delicious hot beverage, heat in microwave, on a stove top, or in a coffee pot on a coffee pot warmer. Hot coffee may be stored in an insulated coffee pot until served. Add powdered creamer, sugar or sweetener as desired; stir before serving.
Contains no calories or carbohydrates and is sugar free, which makes AquacareH2O a good choice for those with diabetes or weight management issues. Because AquacareH2O contains no sugar or carbohydrates, it is also a better choice for the dental health of dysphagia patients. AquacareH2O is also Gluten free: no starch or wheat products at all; and Kosher for Passover.
AquaCareH2O will not continue to thicken over time or in response to changes in temperature and meets the National Dysphagia Guidelines for nectar- and honey-like consistencies. Unlike starch-based thickened beverages, AquaCareH2O may be heated, chilled and frozen without changing viscosity.
